The Paction Demo

In this demo, you can try out the process of creating a draft contract, with a dummy counterparty. You will not be able to see the final text, or to print out the draft, but you can see how easy it is to make a solid, internationally recognised contract of sale.

You will get a feel for what answers you need to have available when you prepare your real draft contract, and for the time and level of expertise required. You can try the different approaches to see what feels comfortable, and you can learn more about the wide variations possible within the ICC’s standard framework.
