Pricing
The one time registration fee to become a Paction user is £75.00.
Each contract costs £10.00 to set up for the person offering the first draft (the creation fee), and £10.00 for
the counterparty (the acceptance/negotiation fee), if they are registered with Paction.
This fee covers:
- any number of iterations of the draft contract
- storage of the final contract online (and all preceding drafts)
- email based support on how to user Paction
The counterparty is only charged if they either edit the contract offered to
make a counter-offer, or if they accept the contract. No charge is made if the
counterparty does not wish to proceed with the contract at all.
Introductory offer
The Paction fee structure is designed to suit those
who intend to negotiate more than one Paction contract by offering a discounted per contract

of £25.00 for each party.
This payment covers:
- any number of iterations of one draft contract
- storage of the final contract (and all the preceding drafts)
- email based support on how to use Paction
